Gum resin extracted from the herb Boswelllia serrata has a potent anti inflammatory, anti arthritic and analgesic effect.It is also available as tablets and powder.Highly effective in Arthritic conditions.Helpful when combined with collagen and glucosamine.
GLUCOSAMINE
Its a proteoglycan components which is building block of cartilage that provides pain relief from arthritis. Also it is manufactured from oyster and crab shells. Available as powder and tablets.
